Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process?
1. To return the appliance to us. requesting customer service(Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require authorization which is issued only by email.

2. If the appliance meets our Return & Exchange Policies, we would give you our shipping address to return back, please ship the appliance back within 7 days, after receiving our refund confirmation email(usually within 24-48 hours).

3. Please email us the tracking number after shipping back.

4. We’ll contact you back after we receive the appliance. Your refund will be processed in 3~7 business days.

If the item is returned in brand new condition with all packaging intact(non-human factors), we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;
Once we receive your returning item, a refund takes up to 7 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
If you do not receive a refund after 7 business days, please directly contact us with your order number and payment method, once we received your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

All returns must be:
Have no signs of wear or damage
In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Order Cancellation:
Generally, full refund can be offered for orders canceled before shipment.

Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information on returns via E-mail. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange a full refund and email you.

Please inform us of your request for a refund or return or exchange within 30 business days after you receive the goods.

Products returned due to discrepancies in the description will not charge any fees to consumers.

All costs (including freight, etc.) caused by quality problems are borne by us
